The problem

Listings rarely mention cell service

People spend hours on their phones at home and at work, but listings almost never mention it.

How it usually goes

  1. 1Listings cover square footage, schools and commute times, but not cell service.
  2. 2Buyers and renters discover dead zones after they move in.
  3. 3Retail teams sign leases without checking whether terminals will connect.
  4. 4Complaints and workarounds follow.

With CoverageMap

  • Every listing shows a simple cell service rating for each carrier.
  • Shoppers compare homes on something they use every day.
  • Site selection teams rule out weak locations before they sign.
  • Property managers know which buildings need in-building upgrades.

FAQ

Common questions

Can we display scores publicly?

Yes, on a paid plan. Trial data is for evaluation only and can't be shown on a website, but Pay-Per-Use and Enterprise include a commercial license.

Do scores reflect indoor service?

Scores describe the area around the address. Building materials can reduce the signal indoors.

Which carriers are included?

AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon are on every plan. Enterprise plans can add regional carriers.

How up to date is the data?

New speed tests are added all the time. FCC coverage is refreshed within a few days of each FCC release, which happens twice a year.
